Editing parts of video in YouTube

The Annotation tool lets you easily layer Title, Note, Labels, Speech Bubble and spotlights to your videos. (Note: Annotations appear on standard YouTube players and embedded players, but they don’t appear on YouTube chromeless players, or on mobile, tablet, and TV devices).

Cards
You can add cards for adding interactivity to your videos. These cards can point viewers to a particular URL (from a list of ones that are eligible) and display titles, customized images and calls to action, depending on the type of card. Cards allow you to add a new layer of interactivity to your videos. In the Cards, you promote the another youtube channel, Promote a video or playlist, Encourage viewers to participate in a poll and Link to an approved website.

Subtitles/CC
The Captions Editor can be used for making changes to text & time codes to your captions.
